Scott Smylie

Scott Smylie has been a business attorney with a real estate focus for over 18 years and closed over $500 million dollars in real estate financing transactions. He has worked at a large national law firm, run his own law firm, and has been in-house counsel a number of start up companies. Scott has also been an executive pastor for over 4 years, and has served on church and non-profit boards, and lead discipleship ministries and small groups. He’s passionate about the intersection of kingdom values and business, and how to maximize kingdom businesses.

Vicki Piccirilli

Vicki Piccirilli leads a network of over 300 Mary Kay consultants who have had a collective gross revenue of over $1.3 million a year. She ha consistently been in the Top 10 Directors nationwide and has been in leadership with Mary Kay for over 18 years. Additionally, she founded Kallah Culture in 2020, which creates events that invite encounters with Jesus. In 2022, Kallah will host over 30 retreats in 12 states. She has seen the positive impact of carrying Kingdom Culture in the workplace and is eager to impart at the Launch Conference and beyond.
